Here’s what the most recent, official sources say about Honduras’s minimum wages in 2025:


2025 Minimum Wage Adjustments (Executive Agreement No. SETRASS-109-2024)

Starting January 1, 2025, the minimum wage in Honduras was adjusted based on company size through an agreement between the government, workers, and employers:

  • 1 to 10 employees: +5.5%, averaging ₭12,191.7
  • 11 to 50 employees: +5.5%, averaging ₭12,636.5
  • 51 to 150 employees: +6.5%, averaging ₭14,933.5
  • 151 or more employees: +7%, averaging ₭16,910.9
