Koutammakou, the Land of the Batammariba

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Koutammakou is renowned for its traditional mud tower-houses, known as “Takienta,” constructed by the Batammariba people. This area provides a deep insight into Togo’s architectural and cultural traditions. ​

Grand Marché in Lomé
