Oladele Fasan, often called the “CEO of Lagos,” is a seasoned commercial strategist with over two decades of experience turning tough markets into high-performing ones. Across FMCG, consumer electronics, telecommunications, logistics, healthcare, and technology, he has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, improving ROI, and developing teams that consistently deliver results.

At the core of Dele’s expertise is Route-to-Market strategy and business development. He has a proven ability to expand distribution networks, open new channels for product penetration, and design CRM systems that strengthen client retention. Beyond the numbers, he is known for mentoring talent and building high-performance teams that sustain momentum long after projects close.

His career reflects that range. At British American Tobacco, he led Route-to-Market channels and unlocked new revenue streams through channel innovation. As Head of Corporate Sales at Samsung Sims Nigeria, he deepened high-level client relationships and grew turnover. Earlier, he drove market penetration at Binatone Nigeria, helped launch Avis Car Rental in Nigeria as part of its pioneer team, and built a comprehensive CRM system to improve client retention at Investcorp MediCare HMO.
In recent years, Dele has brought that same commercial acumen into the tech space. As Head of Strategy and Key Accounts at Tango Brook Technology, and previously as Key Account Manager at Petro App, he has led strategy and key account management to drive adoption and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Dele’s experience also spans public service and politics. He contested for the Lagos State House of Assembly, finishing second among five candidates, and later served in the Budget Department of a Lagos State Local Government. This blend of private-sector efficiency and public administration gives him a practical, grounded perspective on strategy and execution.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Lagos State University and is recognized for his “can-do” attitude and results-driven approach. Today, he consults for emerging organizations in Nigeria and internationally, helping them build networks and sustainable solutions that position them as industry leaders.
He currently serves as the Publicity and Communication Director of the Lagos Network Hub, where he continues to connect people, ideas, and opportunities across the ecosystem.
