- Flight Attendant: Konan began her aviation career as a flight attendant with Air Côte D’Ivoire in April 2013, serving until October 2015.
- Pilot Training: In late 2014, Air Côte D’Ivoire initiated a program to train young Ivorians as pilots and aircraft mechanics. Out of approximately 1,500 applicants, Konan was one of 15 selected and notably the only woman. She underwent rigorous training from October 2015 to February 2017, culminating in her certification as a commercial pilot.
