Traditional and Popular Foods in Martinique

Martinique’s cuisine is a flavorful fusion of French, African, Caribbean, and Indian influences — often called “Créole cuisine”. It blends bold spices, fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and classic French cooking techniques.
