Cameroon, often called “Africa in Miniature,” is a country in Central Africa known for its cultural diversity, natural beauty, and rich history. Here’s a quick look at what makes Cameroon special:


1. Geography & Regions

  • Borders Nigeria, Chad, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and the Republic of Congo.
  • Has diverse landscapes, including rainforests, mountains, savannas, and beaches.
  • Divided into 10 regions, with the main cities being:
    • Yaoundé (Capital) – Political and administrative center.
    • Douala – Economic hub and busiest port.
    • Buea – Historic town near Mount Cameroon.
