Honduras has four major international airports and several regional airports serving domestic routes and remote communities.

- Toncontín International Airport (TGU)
- Location: Tegucigalpa (capital)
- Known for its short runway and challenging approach
- Serves domestic and international routes (mostly to the USA and Central America)
- Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB)
- Location: Roatán (Bay Islands)
- Popular with tourists visiting Caribbean beaches and dive resorts
- Direct flights to USA, Canada, and mainland Honduras
- Golosón International Airport (LCE)
- Location: La Ceiba
- Gateway to Bay Islands and northern coast attractions
- Offers domestic flights and limited international services
Regional Airports
- Puerto Lempira Airport (Gracias a Dios Department) – Serves the remote Mosquitia region
- Utila Airport – Small runway for domestic flights to/from La Ceiba and Roatán
- Tela Airport – Serves the tourist town of Tela
