Godwin Ajala was a Nigerian-born lawyer who lived in New York. He is remembered as one of the victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.

He was 33 years old at the time.

Professionally, he worked as a security guard while studying to practice law in the United States.

On 9/11, he was working at the World Trade Center and tragically lost his life when the towers collapsed.

Ajala is honored among the nearly 3,000 victims of the attacks, and his name is inscribed at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City.
