At just three years old, Ghanaian prodigy Lordina Nancy, affectionately known as “Serious Madam,” has captivated the internet with her remarkable hairstyling abilities. Despite her tender age, Lordina demonstrates a natural talent for braiding and styling hair, performing tasks that often require years of practice to master.

Her mother, Aminu Yahaya, recalls the moment she discovered Lordina’s innate skill:

“One day after school, after she [had] slept a little, I noticed she picked some hair strands and joined us to braid a client’s hair. We were shocked to see how she braided the client’s hair. We didn’t teach her; she just started all by herself.”

This spontaneous display of talent has since drawn numerous clients to their salon, eager to experience Lordina’s touch. Her mother notes, “Because of my daughter, plenty [of] people come here. They see us on social media and want to come to us.”

Balancing her budding hairstyling career with education, Lordina assists in the salon between school and naps. Her mother emphasizes the importance of schooling, stating, “As a mother, I support her to go to school, and when she grows and makes a career choice, I will support her.”

Lordina’s dedication and professionalism have earned her the nickname “Serious Madam,” reflecting her focused demeanor. Her story has resonated globally, inspiring many and highlighting the boundless potential inherent in young talents.
