Nickie Nougaisse, also known as Nickie Nou, is a Haitian-born entrepreneur and the founder of Curls Dynasty, an all-natural hair care brand designed for individuals with kinky, curly hair. Her journey into the beauty industry was inspired by her personal challenges in managing her natural hair texture.

Born in Haiti, Nickie’s deep appreciation for nature and her cultural heritage influenced her commitment to creating products that celebrate natural beauty. She aimed to provide a safe space and effective solutions for women embracing their natural hair.

Under her leadership, Curls Dynasty has achieved significant milestones, including distribution in major retailers like Target and numerous beauty supply stores nationwide. This success highlights the growing demand for products tailored to diverse hair textures and the increasing recognition of Black-owned businesses in the beauty industry.

Expanding her entrepreneurial endeavors, Nickie launched IBol Beauty, the first 24-hour salon in Coral Springs, Florida, offering clients unparalleled convenience. Plans are underway to open additional IBol Beauty locations, further broadening her impact in the beauty sector.

Nickie’s achievements have garnered media attention, including features in Authority Magazine, where she discussed navigating work, love, and life as a powerful woman.

Her story exemplifies resilience, innovation, and a dedication to empowering individuals to embrace their natural beauty.
