Lagos Network Hub Inaugural Event Rocks

Lagos, Nigeria – The inaugural event of The Lagos Network Hub, held on March 28th, 2026 at La Cour, Ikoyi was a resounding success, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and innovators under one roof. The event kicked off at 7pm, with guests trickling in from 6pm, and the hall was filled to capacity.The evening began with soft music and vibrant entertainment, setting the tone for a convivial atmosphere.

A unique networking session followed, where attendees were encouraged to introduce themselves and share their professions, facilitating meaningful connections.

Keynote speaker, Gboyega Akosile, Special Adviser Media and Publicity to the Governor of Lagos State, emphasized the importance of leveraging media to promote good governance and create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive. He stressed the need for government agencies to engage constructively with citizens’ criticisms, citing the power of social media in shaping public opinion.Guest speakers shared their entrepreneurial journeys, offering valuable insights and lessons.

Dr. Oluwaseyi Adebayo, CEO of Eden Wellness, spoke about pursuing her passion for alternative medicine despite familial pressure.

Azeezat Lola Atanda, Vice President Operational Risk Management at KBC Bank, New York, advised business owners to separate sentiment from decision-making.

Victoria Black, Executive Director at Lavidan Systems Ltd, emphasized the importance of focus and resilience.

Mrs. Talatu Ogunlana, CEO of Rare Gems, praised entrepreneurs for their resilience and encouraged business owners to consider going public to access growth capital.The event was a masterclass in networking, with attendees enjoying good music, choice drinks, and canapes while exchanging business cards and ideas.

The Lagos Network Hub inaugural event was a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation, setting the stage for future successes.The evening concluded at 12:00am, with attendees leaving inspired and energized.
