Dominica has witnessed steady growth in its tourism sector, with a 2.1% increase in Year-To-Date (YTD) tourist arrivals over 2024. This growth is reflected in a 9.3% rise in tourism receipts, indicating that visitors are spending more. Dominica’s emphasis on eco-tourism and sustainable travel has attracted nature lovers, particularly those interested in exploring the island’s pristine rainforests, volcanic landscapes, and wildlife. Ongoing investment in tourism infrastructure, including upgraded airport facilities and eco-lodges, has contributed to the island’s growing popularity. Tourism is a vital sector for Dominica’s economy, generating jobs and contributing to national revenue. The island’s commitment to preserving its natural beauty ensures a bright future in global tourism.
