Africa’s richest man gives quarter of his wealth to foundation

Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man has  given quarter of his wealth to the Aliko Dangote FoundationDangote announced this in Lagos Thursday at the launch of Aliko Dangote Foundation Education initiative.He said his mother and three children have already signed off on the deal should anything like death happen to him.

He announced the launch of an investment of N100bn in 2026 support 155,009 learners.

He will give N590m annually to the school of orphan girls in Maiduguri as long as the school remained in existence.
