Okezue Bell is an entrepreneur and student. He is the founder and director of Fidutam, a project using blockchain technology to set up funded bank accounts for unbanked and low-income communities. The company has won over $150,000 in awards. Aside from Fidutam, Okezue has conducted research at Harvard Medical School and the MIT Media Lab. In 2022, he was named a Research Science Institute (RSI) Scholar, which is considered the most prestigious research honor for high school students in the world. Okezue’s seminal research was on developing the WeArm, low-cost and high-functioning prosthetic arm.
