Track & Field

Kim Collins
Born in 1976, Kim Collins is a celebrated sprinter from Saint Kitts and Nevis. He made history by becoming the 100m World Champion in 2003, marking the country’s first and only gold medal at the World Championships. Collins competed in five consecutive Olympic Games from 1996 to 2016 and holds the national record for the 100m with a time of 9.93 seconds. Notably, he is the only man over 40 to have run the 100m in under 10 seconds.

Amya Clarke
Born in 1999, Amya Clarke is a rising star in sprinting. She represented Saint Kitts and Nevis in the 100m at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and served as the nation’s flag bearer during the opening ceremony.
