Stop stressing out trying to stop things from falling apart.also let those who break things fix them.Fixers get drained by struggling to hold things together, while breakers go free.If you have been the one always gluing things together though you didn’t break them, it’s time to prioritize yourself. Preserve your energy and time without feeling guilty.Nothing reminds you to go easy on yourself like a trip around the sun.
