FISH SPECIES IN BELIZE

Belize is rich in marine and freshwater fish, thanks to its Caribbean coastline, mangroves, rivers, and the Belize Barrier Reef—the second-largest coral reef system in the world. The country supports artisanal fishing, recreational angling, and marine conservation.
