Lagos is set to host the National Sales & Growth Conference 2025, one of Nigeria’s premier business events, from Wednesday, 3 December, to Thursday, 4 December, at NECA House, Alausa, Ikeja. The two-day conference, themed “Unlocking Growth Through Sales Excellence & Business Development”, will bring together over 500 CEOs, sales leaders, marketing experts, HR professionals, SME founders, and customer relationship managers from across Nigeria and beyond.Organisers said the conference is designed to provide a platform where ideas meet action, helping participants navigate challenges and seize opportunities in Nigeria’s evolving business landscape.Lagos set to host national sales conference26th November 2025

Key focus areas of the event include the future of sales in Nigeria, winning strategies in a volatile economy, SME growth, HR as a strategic partner, marketing that converts, business development excellence, customer relationship management in the digital age, leadership for sales and growth, digital transformation, and financing business expansion.

The conference is not just about discussions; it’s about transformation,” the organising committee said. “We are creating a space where professionals can gain practical tools, frameworks, and connections to thrive in today’s competitive market.”Participants will also benefit from exclusive follow-up training in early 2026 to sustain learning and implementation beyond the conference.
