Victor Osimhen continued his impressive scoring form, helping Galatasaray to a 3-2 win over Göztepe at the RAMS Park on Sunday.Efkan Bekiroğlu stunned the home fans by handing Göztepe the lead after just six minutes.Osimhen capitalised on a defensive error to equalise for Galatasaray in the 19th minute.It was the Nigeria international’s third league goal of the season.The 26-year-old has now scored three goals in his last three appearances for the Yellow and Reds.
Gabriel Sara and Mauro Icardi got the other goals for Galatasaray in the second half.The result keeps Galatasaray firmly at the top of the Super Lig table with 28 points, five clear of second-placed Trabzonspor, while Göztepe remain fifth on 16 points after suffering just their second defeat of the campaign.
