Africa’s richest man is building roads again!

The Dangote Group has commenced the massive N1.83 TRILLION reconstruction of the 401-kilometre Lambata – Bida – Mokwa – Makera – Kontagora highway in Niger State.

The project was flagged off on Tuesday in Bida by Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, who represented President Bola Tinubu. This is not just a road. The entire stretch will be reconstructed and dualised with solid CONCRETE, not asphalt, to last for decades. The Deal:Under the Federal Government’s Tax Credit Scheme, Dangote will build the road and recover the cost through tax credits.

The government gets infrastructure, the private sector delivers quality. Why It Matters:This road is the lifeline of the North Central. It connects farmers to markets, reduces deadly accidents, cuts travel time, and will boost trade from Lagos to the North.

Construction has already started in 4 locations simultaneously to speed up delivery. From building the world’s largest refinery to building Nigeria’s roads, Alhaji Aliko Dangote is showing what real nation-building looks like.
